What we collect
When you create an account, book a class, or buy a membership we collect your name, email address, and phone number if you provide one, along with your booking, package, and membership history. If you tell us about an injury, health condition, or pregnancy so that we can adapt your class, that information is stored with your client record. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Your information is used to run the studio: confirming bookings, sending class reminders and links, tracking class credits and membership dates, recording signed waivers, and answering your questions. Health information you share is used only to keep your session safe and to modify exercises for you.
Your waiver record
When you sign the liability waiver online we store your name and email, the full waiver text you agreed to, the date, and the IP address of the device used to sign. This record exists to show that an agreement was made, and it is kept for as long as you are a client.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the studio work — Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Google for the emails we send you — and only the details those services need. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Communications
Booking confirmations, class reminders, and membership notices are part of the service and are always sent. If you receive marketing or studio news from us, you can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
Site analytics
We look at aggregate visitor and booking statistics to understand which classes and pages people use, so we can improve the experience. These reports are not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email SanctePilates@gmail.com and we will respond within a few business days. Some records, such as signed waivers and completed payment history, must be kept for legal and accounting purposes and cannot be deleted on request.
