Booking policy
By booking a class with Sancte Pilates you agree to these terms. Payment is required at the time of booking, and your spot is confirmed once payment has been received. Group classes are capped at five clients. If a class is full you may join the waitlist, and we will contact you if a spot opens up.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class: you keep your class credit. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) and no-shows are subject to fees. The Practice: a late cancel forfeits one class credit. The Habit: a late cancel of an in-person class forfeits one credit, while a late cancel or no-show of a Sancte Anywhere online class incurs a $15 late-cancel fee or a $22 no-show fee. Sancte Unlimited: $15 late-cancel fee and $22 no-show fee.
Packages and memberships
Class packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships, with the exception of The Sancte Vault, require a 3-month commitment. You will be billed for 3 months and cannot cancel during that period. Packages and memberships are non-transferable. Cancellations are handled by Sancte Pilates staff. In-person memberships (The Practice, The Habit, and Sancte Unlimited) must be cancelled in person at the studio. The Sancte Vault and Sancte Anywhere may be cancelled by emailing SanctePilates@gmail.com.
BFF pass
Each member receives one BFF pass per month, allowing you to bring a guest to a class at no charge. Every guest must create an account and sign the online liability waiver before attending. If your guest decides to become a member, you receive one bonus class credit for that month.
Health and safety
You are responsible for disclosing any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class. Sancte Pilates reserves the right to modify or substitute exercises for your safety. Participation is at your own risk.
Online classes
Access links for online classes are sent 24 hours before the session. Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited. Refunds are not available once a class link has been accessed.
Liability
Sancte Pilates and its instructor are not liable for any injury sustained during classes. By participating, you acknowledge that Pilates carries an inherent risk of injury.
Changes to these terms
